Living the life you love

Saya is a friend I wish everyone could meet. Not only because she has a great personality and she’s extremely enthusiastic, but also because she is the best listener I’ve ever met in my life. She’s that one person who is fully interested in you, your life and your goals. I met her a few years ago. We’re both a big fan of dancing so we got to know each other during the dance classes in our hometown. In all those years she has been a great inspiration for me. She does what she loves, all the time! A few weeks ago she made the decision to quit her job. Not that she didn’t like it, but now she has all the time in the world to follow her heart and spend time on her own business, Saya Coaching Training & Advies.

Now there might be some voices in your head saying ‘I can’t just quit my job, because I need the money’ or ‘Wow, that’s a big step! I would be afraid of losing my control’.

And I’ll be honest with you, those were my first thoughts too. And I think our brains just work like that. We’re taught to go to school and then get a job for the rest of our lifes. We need to have a home and might have children someday. Therefore everybody is afraid of losing their jobs, their stability and their control.

Then I found myself being inspired and I wanted to know how she made the step so we took a break from eating lunch and drinking tea to focus on the Influencer Talk. While telling me her story she looks happier than ever!

Influencing Talk

Saya in three words:
Lightness, Committed, Loving. How I live my passion: I listen to my inner voice, also known as heart or intuition and I literally connect with it and what my deepest desire is. When I’m aware of what’s holding me back from making a decision (my thoughts or fears) I realized that I have two choices: will I choose the ‘safe’ way or will I follow my heart? For example when I started my own business that was way out of my comfort zone. Thoughts such as ‘What if I fail?’ ‘What if I make the wrong choice?’ ‘What if no one is waiting for me?’ These thoughts kept me from starting. I felt frustrated and was no longer living the life I truly wished for. I had to step out of my comfort zone and make the decision to start my own business. I felt the fear and I did it anyway. Now I’m thankful of that decision because I live my passion. I have faith in what my heart tells me to choose and I experience joy, freedom, connection and inner peace. My passion is to coach other people to find their passion, their purpose in life and let them connect with themselves, their qualities, talents, gifts and to make their dreams come true. The small things that make me happy: Being together with my family, going out for dinner with my boyfriend, having lunch with friends, a morning run, meditation, seeing the sun, watching animals playing together, listening to music, dancing, spending time with my loved ones, witnessing other people finding their passion, cooking, drinking tea or wine with a friend, reading a book about personal development… and so much more!
”You will feel that you’re alive and that you will do what you truly love.”

My professional life: I’m a life coach and trainer in personal growth, development, and inner leadership. People’s deepest desire is what I look for. I can help you making difficult decisions, stepping out of your comfort zone or finding ways to become more confident.

My purpose is to create awareness around your patterns, fears, judgements, expectations and probably other barriers that’ll stop people from living a happy and fulfilled life. You’ll connect with yourself and find out what’s really important to you, experiencing a deep feeling of trust in following your heart and you will experience inner transformation. The more you grow the more you will accept yourself the way you are. So the result of your inner journey is a life filled with happiness, inner peace, trust, freedom, connection and joy. You will feel that you’re alive and that you will do what you truly love.

I’m looking forward to meeting you, to walk a little while by your side and to witness your personal growth.

My wise words to share:

“Don’t wait for the perfect moment. Make the moment perfect”.

You can of course follow her via her website or on Instagram/Facebook for inspiring quotes & life changing perspectives. She also organises a Retreat in combination with yoga on the 7th of May. Keep an eye on her FaceBook to keep yourself updated.

Thanks for reading! I’d like to hear what your thoughts are and how you’re living the life you love. Let’s continue inspiring each other.
